WEEK 1

20th January 2014 :

• Introduction with the Head of Television Program - Puan Hajah Zalinar Haji Abdullah
• Deciding on which Unit to work in - decided on Community TV Unit
• Tasked to come up with a television program - decided on a travelogue
• Began on the proposed paperworks (to be submitted the next week)
• Tour around Radio Television Brunei, Sg Akar

21st January 2014 :

• Went to Radio Television Brunei, Bandar Seri Begawan
• Saw the rehearsal for "A Team" at the Dewan Balai Raya with 2 of Community TV Unit television producers
• Experienced going into the Outside Broadcasting while television producers directed on the rehearsal at ICC on "Perhimpunan Wanita"

22nd January 2014 :

• Concentrated on paper works

23rd January 2014 :

• Concentrated on television paper works

25th January 2014 :

• Concentrated on paper works

Comments: On the first week of the internship, my group mates and I were already drowned with paper works. We had to brainstorm ideas on what we wanted to do for our program, what exactly was the genre of the, the aims and objectives of the program and why we chose to do travelogue. We did the 'proposal' paperwork including the overall budget calculation for the whole episodes.
